The threads are very vague... I can make 70k a year with reasonable ot but I need to get to the point where I can touch at least 30k off of investments a year. I'm not lazy or afraid of hard work, lemme know how breh. I will document it in a thread if people give a fukk.

Check my posts in them.... So what you are saying is you need to make an extra 30K a year "hands-free" or as little time spent possible ? That's less than 4k a month.....Nothing to get excited about (for me at least)
