I hate sparring warriors like this

trying to hurt your partner so you can get a good IG clip is lame. The man had his hands down and was clearly stunned. Dude is 13-0 but he has fought a bunch of tin cans trying to boost his ego and profile. And Shannon Briggs reposting this nonsense because I heard he likes to try to hurt nikkas in sparring to.

if there is one thing i dont agree with is nikkas sparring for the IG.. BUT i cant act like sparring videos havent been recorded and shown before for montage sake

regarding this alot of these older boxing cats grew up in the generation of hard competitive sparring and thats the shyt thats get passed down more frequently than skillsets lol...floyd himself does this at his gym

thats why unless you are really doing it - boxing wise, you can lose more than you gain in sparring if youre not careful

Guys like Muhammad Ali and James Toney who loved hard sparring paid for it dearly. Hard sparring should only be done leading up to an actual fight and even then sparingly.

That gym's trash. They don't want your recurring money. Sparring is POSEDTABE for getting better, learning. Shadow boxing with some contact.

That dude will get ko'd soon enough. Saw it in many years ago in different gyms. And those coaches ain't shyt.

Two weeks ago he posted a breh straight mauling another breh who was in that ring frozen, other coaches were calling him out in the comments so he removed it.
