I hate when restaurants ask me for white or dark meat, I don’t know the difference

White meat- For when you want to be eating dry ass jerky that gets caught in your throat (pause).

Dark Meat - Flavorful, juicy (pause)

White meat being more expensive even though it’s the drier of the meats always was weird to me. I understand it’s the healthier of the two and has more protein but dark meat is just so much better. I ain’t mad though, keep it cheap, it’s better for me
