I know a girl who is spotting due to a change in her body, unrelated to period
I've also made a chic bleed and she had her period weeks later

also to OP, cervio- vaginal fluid carries HIV...that's the fluid that protects the cervix. Regular lubricating fluids in the vagina tend not to have any HIV cells or very little.

There's a very complex process for a hetero male to become HIV positive with doing vaginal sex. Open wounds make it easier , the females viral load, etc etc.
