Well not me exactly, but my girlfriend (WE ARE BOTH WHITE BTW)... It's also a very creepy situation so here me out..
My gf lives on her own alone in an apartment, I DONT live with her, but I do stay the night often. She just moved in here back in December.
Now the walls are very thin here and you hear every little thing. So a few weeks ago some new guy moves in to the apartment next door.
Now heres where it gets weird, the people up stairs are always moving around at 3am and not normal stuff.. it sounds like theyre dropping bowling balls and then theyll randomly knock 3x on the floor or wall LOUD as hell..
Now this is where the racist neighbor comes into play.. At first he sounded like a straight up african dude through the wall (Turns out he's white), like you couldnt tell what he was saying cuz the voice was so deep, but if you listened closely you could make out what he said..
Now one night when my girl fell asleep on the couch she was woken up by him saying very loudly "fukkING N*GGers, Ill Blow your fukking Brains out!!" Just randomly, and the real creepy part is she said it would sound like she heard what sounded like muffled screams.. she got scared and called non emergency and the police came and knocked on the door, but he continues to say the same shyt every NIGHT..
Im here right now and I heard the loud sounds up stairs and hes over there F**in N*ggers, They can suck my dikk" The creepy part is it sounds like hes either drunk talking to himself..
