how do you use it?
put some on your hands then rub it on your hairline?

Yeah I think you can do that. I just use hair lotion with castor oil for my hair in general, not directly on my hairline tho. I just brushed/worked it through my hair everyday or every other day

I dont want acne so Im not applying it that close to my skin
