And not self-diagnosed....I've been clinically diagnosed with it after countless sleep studies, and sleep journals. Doctors prescribed me Ambien. But, I took it once, and the last thing I remember was playing 2k before I was waking up the next morning. Apparently I had gotten up brushed my teeth, and got in the bed, all without knowledge of it. That was too creepy so I just live with a constant sleep deprivation to the point where it's basically normal.

Anyway, how yall get to sleep when you can't?

Eliminate the use of Laptops, Phones, TV, Ipad, etc 3 hours before bed... No lie, studies show the use electronics actually make your eyes jump rapidly when you're trying to sleep. And it makes your brain kinda too stressed to be relaxed enough for you to sleep

The problem is electronics that involves your eyes, that keeps you awake breh
Conversely, electronics that don't involve your eyes can help you fall asleep. So abuse talk radio and playing music on your headphones breh :obama:

work out, jog around your area, exercise. tire yourself out physically and its a lot harder to fight sleep

Back when I was actually trying to figure out why I couldn't sleep, I read that doing exercises and getting the heart pumping close to bed wasn't a good idea. I saw that meditation and like yoga was good tho

I have terrible insomnia too. I take ambien every night.

Maybe you should try Lunesta or if you have a really bad case of insomnia go with seroquel

Strangely enough, I'm not even that sleepy during the day. I guess maybe it comes from being so well adjusted to not sleeping. The worst part is just laying in bed tossing and turning for hours trying to get to sleep.

Good looks breh
I was drinking something called Tart Cherry Juice, it's supposed to help with the production of melatonin. It worked kinda, it'd give me like 3 hours or so of sleep. But then it stopped working, but I think I'm try cycling it and see what happens.
