I have this huge lump on my genitals

About 2-3cm, on the right bottom side of shaft. It hurts, like a burn, I can feel it when sleeping, or even walking as it makes contact with my legs.

This is a dead serious thread.

I'm really nervous and all I keep thinking about is this experience.

I've searched for photos of herpes, warts, and all these other STD's and it looks nothing like it. I have shaved about a month ago and got a small cut near there. I now have a small whitehead pimple near the cut, my googling suggests it may be ingrown hair follicles, but not sure if that caused the lump/swell as well.

I've had this for four days and it isn't getting any better, what the hell is it?

I'm going to the doc today. I'm gonna take a picture with my phone and show him a pic of the relevant area. Not comfortable pulling out my dikk to some cac

go to the doc. Maybe it's nothing, maybe it's something but if you go early enough they can do something about it. Might be scary to find out but it's in your best interest to go get it checked out IMO.
