
bruh i quit trees like 3 weeks ago, cut down on drinking sodas like a month ago (off n on) drinking more water, quit cigs 5 days ago ....
and i been running 2 miles a day since Saturday

. I've been out of shape for so long

i was shocked I didn't pass out when I hit the track last weekend

i just told myself Im going to take my health more serious and get my shyt together before its too late
never had a problem with quitting da buds-went years w/o dealing with court issues
