I heard the iphone 6s battery was good but

It's not that the battery is good as much as it's that it doesn't drain as much during standby time. If I leave my iPhone sitting all day and don't use it by the end of the day it's probably used less than 15% of the battery. If I leave a phone like my Galaxy S6 sitting all day and don't use it it's probably drained 35%+ of the battery.

My iPhone 6s always makes it through a day never having to be charged and usually has 40% left at the end. My Galaxy S6 if I don't charge it and I'm lucky I've still got 10% of the battery left by the end of the day.

My wife has to keep her S6 on the charger all day

I think when I said that I was referring to the 6S+ because I know I have been running around clamoring about my battery life compared to those of my Androids I've had.

I would assume the 6s should be better than the 6.

the iPhone 6s battery was equal to the 6. A S6 Edge should charge way faster than the iPhone if you use the charger it came with.
