I was a big time Yankee fan when I was a kid. But now I can't even remember the last year I actually watched one baseball game from beginning to end. It's a great game if you are playing it or at least in the stands. As far as watching 3 hours of baseball on TV goes...:comeon:

Honestly speaking ... NBA offseason > MLB regular season.

Only offensive play with any swag in baseball is a homerun. If u know u knocked it out, u can style and pose.

A double??? You lookin goofy as fukk droppin the bat and runnin from your life:scusthov:

There are no Lebron type players in baseball. What i mean by that, is players that I'd pay to see.

And how come mostly all black baseball players sound white?:wtf:

So Trout; Strausburg, McCutchen, Kershaw, and Verlander don't exist? :wtf:

To appreciate baseball, you have to go... I live up here in New York but I'm a Braves fan... I went to see them play the Yankees a few weeks ago, it was fun, cheering on the Braves, getting into it with the fans around us, drinking brews, it was a good time. Chatted up some Long Island girls sitting in front of us, was a nice chill evening at the ball game.

As far as baseball goes, it's the one sport where you basically have to follow a team - just watching a random game doesn't work. Star players come around every now and then, but since dudes aren't on steroids anymore, it's just players who are hitting for high average, walking a lot, maybe hitting 30-40 home runs, having statistically good seasons but nothing shocking or anything. So the Griffey/McGuire/Bonds type dudes aren't there anymore. Also, the game emphasizes walks and on base percentage and shyt so much now that I don't know if you are going to see hitters breaking records in the near future.

Watching a bad baseball team is some hard shyt to do.

Didn't really get into the Tigers until 2005 when they became halfway decent.
