well my supplier was very helpful when i first shopped with him a couple of years ago...i discovered him on Ebay
he would supply me with these tiny measuring spoons to go with my supply of powder which was usally a 5 gram bag of Flmodafinil or a 10 gram bag of Bromantane or Piracetem
but it was getting quite time consuming and cumbersome to have to constantly measure out the adeqete dose...
so i requested Capsules and he was able to provide those for me.......usually i get a 30 count bottle or mylar ziplocked bag of capsules with 100 mg in each cap
which is great for me to just pop a capsule before i commute on the road or on a flight
most of my friends blend it with coffee or tea...but i ain't a big tea drinker..and i hate coffee...so i blended mines with either juice or hot cocoa
they even have a brand of nootropics called COCOATROPICS out right now....its a unique suppliment ..and i never had any issues such as side effects
I used to get it because the one of their warehouses was close to my place. Their racetams all worked pretty well, but I do remember a few times where their phenibut nearly gave me vertigo.
