screen cracked and no graphics displaying, everyone i called said its 350 to fix it. I got the phone as a free upgrade, im not paying that cost. should i just add a line and get a new phone or is there any way to get this fixed for cheaper or sell it

Breh, Forget that noise. Sell your broken phone and just buy a 16GB model from me for $325 shipped.

Mine is unlocked and will be here in a few days from Motorola.
