I havent paid since like january, bytch callin me talkn about all i have to do is pay 65 dollars on pay day, then 30 dollars the following week and she'll waive fees for me

I have a wells fargo student credit card
oh so your credit likely low or not well established. PayPal hard to get into. I had a debit card with them only. My funds of course. And that was back in 06 time when the loans were flowing more loosely. So they likely more tighter now on credit.
