Op , im ……experiencing a situation thats similar to what you going through. I wont be all day with it. Play your pain, whatever your goals are, all that angry , sadness , feeling of betrayal, you put it all into your goals man. You HAVE TIME. Like others said, women aint going nowhere so i suggest you sit down and focus in you and figure out who you are and what you want. Dont try to suppress those thoughts that are in your head, its better out or to feel them rather than pretending that they arent there.


The gym helps……its not the end all be all but it helps. You look good you feel good. Fitness ,good nights rest, training and working your brain helps with anything that you do.


Its gonna be good moments in between the bad days , learn to appreciate them. now that you see how someone can seemingly fukk you over and sleep like a baby afterwards , learn to appreciate every good thing that people do for you to help you, say thank you, always try to reciprocate, listen to what those people say, anything good that happens , learn to appreciate it all man.

Back to what i said. Figure out who you are and where you want to be in life. That’s something you dont rush. It may take years and most likely will but when you do get there , no one can test you or knock you off your square.
