They're for different things and the "recommended" amount is too little

That being said. Don't use these things everyday often it's bad for you in the long run. Stomach ulcers come from these.

yeah sometimes it doesn't work for me either. if it's a headache, it may be a migraine or tension headache or something. a lot of meds don't work on migrains
or sometimes it's an underlying condition causing the headache that needs to be resolved too
