Yes I stepped on her head , I have a pet cat and like 10 feral cats I feed everyday. I was picking up a case of bottle water trying to get to the car to get more water and i stepped on her hard. I was try to keep my balance see I'm like 390 and I had surgery on both my legs when was in my teens. I had make sure didn't trip on brick stairs.
