Are actually satellite cities to a nearby major city next to them. For example:

Gary: Next to Chicago
Camden: Next to Philly
Compton: Next to LA
Newark: Next to NY



Are these just coincidences or is there something wrong with these cities that the major cities are not providing to help?

Well only two of those cities are actually even in the same state (Compton and LA) sooo as far as the major cities "not helping out" .....
