I worked at Nordstrom, breh. We've actually talked about this before at the coli. You can pretty much return shyt from as far back as ya want. shyts ridiculous. Same shyt at Costco. My homie's pops returned some plants from 3 years ago. Dead plants, breh

I've seen it with receipt, without the receipt. I mean, if someone is a loyal customer and you've seen them in there and you've made gwap off the commission for the outfits you put together for them, fukk yeah you're gonna return some shyt from 3-5 yrs ago. That return aint gonna touch your commission and come outta yo pocket lmao. Id say its partly great customer service/partly them realizing whatever money they gettin back bout to go in ya pockets regardless. Retail is kinda shady. shyt was fun though. I worked in sportswear, so I was fresher than a muhfukka every day.
