this nikka is the truth, i cant believe i slept on his music for so long. I remember hearing a couple joints he had and i never really could get into the vibe of his music. But after listening to a lot of shyt i was being put on to , i gotta admit this dude is one of the few unique music artist we got around.
Im not gonna go as far as to say hes a hip hop artist because he isnt. The best way to describe him is a MIX of hip hop/alternative but leaning more towards alternative i guess, but it doesnt change the fact that cudi created his own sound and gimmick. I truly believe hes one of the few artist around thats being completely honest and not faking anything about himself, because thats just the impression i get after hearing his discography. shyt in his newest song he got out, hes letting everyone know "i wanna get high ya'll, i need it to get by ya'll" after supposedly throwin marijuana in the bushes. IDK maybe its just me, but he doesnt come off as a fraud like some people that are out right now..
