eat bananas man.

Usually it's a sodium deficiency rather than potassium.

I'm a chronic sufferer of Charlie horse cramps, so I can relate to your struggle. I'm endomorphic in addition to having massive legs. If you wanna stop leg cramps, you need to do these three things:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Keep a sufficient amont potassium and sodium in your body
  • STRETCH YOUR LEG MUSCLES

I don't know what's up. A few times recently when I'm hitting it from the back my calves just seize up after a while.

A couple of hours ago I was smashing with a good pace, rhythm and stroke. Then I just got this sharp pain in my left calf and I stopped and was grunting in pain. bytch saw my face balled up and thought I nutted in her before I pulled out because she didn't feel the nut on her ass. I eventually finished, but I couldn't put much weight on my left leg and had to limp to the door to let her out.

It was both calves about a week ago, but the pain was worse today. What's causing this? I do work out regularly btw.
I get those every once in a while maybe you should rest or do some lighter leg routines

Sunday went fine...2 rounds, no cramps. I drank a lot of water and stretched my legs a little bit first. Drank a smoothie with banana in it earlier in the day too.

I think it was just this Florida summer heat...gotta stay hydrated. Thanks coli.
