I get those every once in a while maybe you should rest or do some lighter leg routinesI don't know what's up. A few times recently when I'm hitting it from the back my calves just seize up after a while.
A couple of hours ago I was smashing with a good pace, rhythm and stroke. Then I just got this sharp pain in my left calf and I stopped and was grunting in pain. bytch saw my face balled up and thought I nutted in her before I pulled out because she didn't feel the nut on her ass. I eventually finished, but I couldn't put much weight on my left leg and had to limp to the door to let her out.
It was both calves about a week ago, but the pain was worse today. What's causing this? I do work out regularly btw.
Actually I don't really work out my legs. Just upper body stuff and some running/cardio. Maybe that's part of it.I get those every once in a while maybe you should rest or do some lighter leg routines
