I've never thought about this before, matter of fact I doubt anyone has ever thought about it before. You should run to the top of the hills and shout down to people your magnificent newfound thoughts. These are nobel peace prize winning thoughts. They're going to name a whole new award after you. I can see it now... the Dalmem Award. It'll be bronze, no gold a trophy named after you should be gold. On top of if it'll be a great man, probably looking like yourself, and in hand he'll hold a great staff above his head, and he'll be standing over a dead horse.

Honestly I kno we're going to go for the racial angle and that definately plays a part but I also think its cause they aren't very charismatic.
