Common sense says you go up and deal with the situation pronto since the person is old. You let that old women die and I hope you live with that for the rest of your life. This isn't even about learning a lesson but normal everyday empathy you have for a human being.

This is the same human being who has called the police on ALL of her black neighbors for the simplest shyt.

The same human being who would see you speak to her and would roll her old ass eyes at you.

Yeah. My husband ran over here and grabbed her 2 bottles of water out of our refrigerator. She drank them but I'm pretty sure after 12 hours the damage had already been done.

You shouldnt be hard on yourself. Hindsight really is 20/20. It's unfortunate that it happened, but ultimately it was outta your control. This is one of those situations where it's not good to dwell on what ifs

Exactly. She kept saying that she didn't even want us to call the ambulance because she didn't need another bill but we called anyway. She declined the hospital ride and ended up dying.

I have a few health issues myself so even though I'm not old yet I definitely need to step my game up.
