For the past two weeks I’ve been waking up early to hit the gym for an hour cardio before work and it’s made a huge difference to my life. I spend an hour on the treadmill running, sprinting, jogging, walking and by the time I’m finished, I’m drenched in sweat :banderas:

It’s given me insane energy at work and the endorphins has made me more sociable at work. That anxiety and nerves I used to feel sometimes is completely gone. Then after work I hit the gym again for my weights workout :win:

Before this I would spend the extra hour in bed and I’ll go to work tired but this shyt has been a game changer

If you’ve got the time before work, I urge you all to give it a shot. It’ll change your life

Find a trail to run in and you find inner peace :banderas:


Running in trails seems to have a similar effect to walking labyrinths, at least for me anyway. It makes my runs half physical and half mental meditation

got my 2nd BJJ tournament coming up, imma be going ham this next month n a half about :damn:.


I won bronze out of a 10 fighter pool last time and my cardio was trash...gonna up the intensity for this training camp. Would def beat my 1st tournament Me's ass tho now I feel:whew:

Haven't been to the gym since the pandemic started. Started doing home workouts and jump rope for cardio.

I used to hit the gym and my guys would hoop every Saturday, COVID fukked up all that. Now with shyt opening backup, I'm a start hitting the gym again, might have to start going early in the morning cause the afternoons are shot for me atm.

Spot on with everything. Running has helped me on a level of meditation (zoning out and just letting things out) as well as physically.

I’ve ran about 800 miles since Covid came about. It took me awhile to find a balance between the amount of running I was doing and the gym but now I feel I’ve found a good medium with both.
