Long story short.. 2 guys at my job are alleged die hard 49er fans.

1. I ask the first guy who was the QB to take over when Young retired... he didn't know. Ok so I ask him who was the QB after that QB left... this nikka said RICE.

2. I was complimenting the second guy on the coaching and how that played a huge role in their turn around.

a. Singletary led the 49ers to the playoffs

I gave him a pass for that but then this nikka tried to argue with me when I was saying Alex Smith wasn't that bad and the fact that he led them to the NFC title game and they would've probably went to the super bowl if not for those fumbles. This nikka swears that Kaepernick took Alex Smith's job as a fukking rookie and led them to the playoffs.

Jerry Rice is the GOAT quarterback! Look at the number of touchdowns in his stats. Dude knew how to run too. He ran a lot of yards! Never threw an interception ever.

Yep. we have a legit diehard crew here. So to try and challenge the 49ers fans here, you need to keep it moving. Probably the most loyal fans on this site, we been doing big #'s on game threads and season threads during the darkest of times

I agree there are a lot of phoney ass 49er fans, I live in NY and for 8 years I only knew one other 49er fan, now I always get a cpmment when i`m rocking the red and gold.
