Took my old lady and her mom to the grocery store yesterday. Figured I'd hit the wing spot in the plaza for a quick lil 6 piece while I waited.

As I'm walking across the parking lot, I see a young chick with 2 kids tryna get them in the car. She's holding what looks like a 8-10 month old while tryna hold the the hand of a little boy no older than 3. As she's tryna put her youngest in the car, the oldest runs off down the sidewalk. He went under the open car door, so shorty was really restricted from getting to him quickly.
I see all this as I'm walking towards the door, from like 4 cars down. Without even thinking I take off in a full sprint and I catch him right before he runs back out from in between the parked cars in front of this cac that doesn't even notice that she almost ran a kid over
The mom was right behind him screaming reaching for him, but he was just out of reach. She saw I caught him and we both just looked at each other for a second, like wtf just happened and how was I there at that exact moment
I felt like that lil nikka guardian angel, no lie
