I Need Help with my Beard Brehs...

any brehs know ways to help your beard grown? My hair was thinning at 19 (yeah I know) and idk if im wasting time not cutting my shyt.
Right now mine is only like around an inch (pause) and idk if its a wrap for my follicles or I gotta try to use that Minoxidol shyt.

I’m 20, had no facial hair at the start of like March.
Started using Castor Oil and got a lil patches on my jaw.

Three months of Minodoxil Foam, Dermarolling and Castor oil and I have a full beard connected to sideburns.

Get a lot of sun light (I gradually be outside)
Stop wearing hats (im talking about my beard. I ain't been wearing hats anyway)
