I need some Witcher 3 help (no spoliers please)

I'm at the part where I know how to get to Ciri but before I head to The Isle of Mists they want me to complete some quests before going --- I think its called Brothers in Arms.

Is this necessary because I swear I feel like a quest is about to be over but then they just throw like 5 or 6 more twists at me and I'm stuck gaming for another few hours and I love it but at this point I just want to beat the game and then focus on side quests and exploring

How many hours of the main story would yall say I have left

Yes I put like almost 100 hours into it and I kept taking breaks to play other games these open world games can be overwhelming at times

I'm going to be the order 1886 tonight or this weekend and then I will focus on Horizon zero Dawn until Mass Effect comes out

I slept on this game too until 1 year after it's release, but it's really worth it.

Do what they say here. Once you start the mission certain characters/missions will be gone forever if you didn't do certain stuff, you're also stuck there until you beat the game.

Also make sure you're nice to Ciri in the dialogue, it'll matter at the end

Yeah you got about 8 or so hours left if you speed through it.

Not that it matters because I did literally everything (found every ? on every map, plus did both DLCs" and played for like 250 hours. The second DLC "Blood And Wine" is bigger than most games. The main story of the regular game is such a small part of the over all game.
