No there is NO difference. They ALL play for an organization not each other. And if the organization was trying to trade Ray, and Ray said "fukk it" and bounced. Then that is what it is. I can't believe that there are people in here actually thinking it's cool for grown men to think they can dictate the moves of ANOTHER man:gucci:

It's really not hard to understand, there's the organization on one side, the players on the other. See MJ/Bulls organization relationship, or Melo/Knicks organization relationship, as opposed to their respective relationships with the players.

And no one is trying to dictate anyone's moves, that's your interpretation. KG and Pierce both said they had no issue with Ray leaving if that's what he wanted to do, but the whole issues stems from not picking up the phone to give a heads-up to the guys you've been seeing damn near every day.
