but being corny might save your life. back when i was a teenager my friend group had a mutual enemy. they went and jumped somebody. he ended up pressing charges and they ended up on probation. had i gone i wouldve violated MY probation (for weed, im not violent) and gone to jail with them! and for what, i cant even remember that motherfukkers last name these days!
i hate the way society tells young men that being dumb is cool and being violent is acceptable. were backsliding hard these days. america was never great but we did seem to be making a LITTLE progress until 2012 or so

It's easy to laugh at this, but a lot...a LOT of people take self-esteem beatings to their soul as youngsters and spend lifetimes trying to reclaim that sense of self worth. People who got clowned for not being able to afford brand name clothes will go on to become fashion/shoe snobs, people who idolized the folks who had cars will scramble to spend loot they don't even have on cars to impress people who don't even care, and on and on...
Some people just get older. Growing up is another story.
