Lue just isn't a great coach, lot of people know that and either shyt on him for it or don't really bother with it :manny: he can improve though & think he can show us more when Cleveland transitions from contending to rebuilding. He's still relatively early in his coaching career and got thrown into a pretty unique situation in Cleveland. Would like to see him develop more of an identity as a coach.

D'Antoni on the other hand people have a point about and I don't think he got enough criticism. His stubbornness when it came to making adjustments had me like :gucci: he's a great offensive coach and a good coach overall but he needs to change his mindset. I mean he's been around the league for 20 years, has won Coach of the Year twice, and yet he made two or three fatal errors in the WCF and it came down to a failure to change what they were doing. Dude needs to look at Rick Carlisle on how to make it work with what you got. A lot of it is about assessing who your immediate group of guys are and making adjustments to make it work.

the ether
I don't think anyone whatsoever expects anything positive from Lue anymore, so they just didn't bother. His big positive was, "Didn't alienate everyone on the team and make them hate playing basketball." Otherwise, he just ain't much of a coach.
