I owe money for Taxes. Need help getting out of this jam

2014 and 15 I did my taxes on h and r block. I usually get a professional to do them but was trying to save money. I didn't put my retirement income. It wasn't on purpose. I just didn't know. They said i was supposed to do the 1099 r. Now I owe 3 grand total. Can I do an amendment or just fill out that form now? I can't afford to get my refund taken. It was an honest mistake

What Happens if I Forgot to Add a 1099-R on My Tax Return?. It says I can file a 1040 X. Irs didn't mention this. I hope it's not too late.

You need to set up a payment plan and stick to that shyt.

They will work with you if you reach out first.

I tried to get fly with them and without warning those bytches took my entire paycheck... from the job I get paid at once a month!

You will never get on the phone with someone from the IRS. See a local tax professional and explain the situation. Worst case scenario, set up a payment plan with the IRS. I owed back taxes as well back in 2012.
