I quit drinking and will no longer eat out except for date night with my partner.

Eating out is expensive and unhealthy for the most part. I’m back on my health and fitness shyt. I went out three times so far this summer but I don’t want to anymore I’m old and washed and just want to be a master runner and weight lifter :wow:

I know I know — “everything in moderation” — but that don’t work for me. I’d be saying yes to every outing and slowly regain weight and spend a lot of money. :mjcry:

I won’t let the summer vibes stop my health and fitness goals :noah:

Heading to the gym now :salute:

I don't do running per se but I attend HIIT cardio classes almost weekly. Other days I do about 40 minutes on the cross trainer each time when I'm at the gym.
That’s good.

I need to do some HIIT to improve my VO2 Max.

When you eat out, can you get the nutritional menu from the restaurant? That's what I used to do when I ate out for lunch with co-workers. I hated being the "I can't eat there because of my diet" person

I can eat anywhere but there be hidden carbs and sugars and salt whenever you eat out.

I don’t like eating out or wasting money but that’s just me. I rather cook at home and save eating out for special occasions.
