has any established/stable country done a major overhaul of their constitution? aside from the "constitutionalists" that clearly won't let this happen, is there any process in the US for that? our government/political system and constitution, is severely outdated and is kneecapping popular will
I dont think it's going to matter until it's like %70 popular will

Why is all the migration to urban areas concentrated on the coasts? When I was younger there seemed to be more urban areas all throughout the US that were doing well. Cleveland, Detroit, Cinncinati, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Toledo, etc. seemed like way more desirable places to live than they are now. What happened?! These Midwest cities not progressing is a big problem.
The appeal of a city is you can live there and work there. I'd guess the exponentially increasing cost of housing has affected that.

In a more global econonmy, where you have people who don't wan to invest in internal infrastructure, it doesn't make sense to land lock yourself.

You will want your largest airports on the coast. The most money going to seaports on the coast, and manufacture as close as possible to both. So you won't put anything except IT/corporate jobs in North Dakota for tax breaks but the bulk of your resources will be in Georgia, NC, NY, Mass, Cali, Washington, etc.
