I literally just tried to contact slingtv about some changes to my account. It told me to go to the website to chat with an autobot. The autobot did everything I needed in like 2 minutes. No hassle. A lot of jobs will get lost to automation in the future. shyt is scary

I wonder what happened to the customer service reps that use to work for slingtv

I prefer to work in the office so there's a clear separation between work and home and being Black in a corporate setting, out of sight can often mean out of mind and not necessarily for the best.
