And while I'm not the biggest Nas fan, I really enjoyed the show. He came on stage with the Hennessy, took a shot, made the :ahh:face and I knew he'd put on a good show. It was also easily the most diverse crowd I've seen at a hip-hop show. From white teenagers, to dudes 50+, everyone knew the Illmatic songs word-for-word. I'm happy to say I've seen Kanye, Jay & Nas live in concert now. For a dude whose music has put me to sleep at times, I really enjoyed the show. Nas won last night

P.S.: I also realized he's gonna milk Illmatic for the rest of his life, but I can't say I wouldn't :yeshrug:

lucky you man
Nas and Lupe Fiasco are two artists I would really love to see live, maybe lil wayne too just for his energy.

I'd probably never end up seeing them though, probably will never go to another concert ever again
I just can't stand opening acts, I have no patience for them, and if I show up late only for the headline im all the way at the back
So either way I lose like may name JayZ

Had the pleasure of seeing both Lupe and Nas perform at the Tabernacle in Atlanta. Lupe opened for the roots, this was when Food & Liquor dropped and put on a hell of a show (The Roots were phenomenal). I got to see Nas around the time Hip Hop Is dead dropped, he went through all the hits, had the crowd AMPED, dissed Dip-Set and G-Unit while performing Black Republican. He even did Doo Rags, Drunk By Myself and Silent Murder:blessed:

Nas is one of the only big aritsts I still haven't seen, I always seem to just miss him by booking holidays before / after he comes to where I'm at. Hopefully I can get a chance to catch him in the next couple of years, I've only ever heard good things.

Seen him live 8 times in the past 11 years including 2 shows with Damian Marley and a set with Jay.

He's never disappointed me live

I hope you saw Outkast a few nights prior...... if not
I tweaked on that. I knew they were gonna be at Lollapalooza so I had planned to go to that. I didn't even know they were at Summerfest til the night of. Would've been infinitely cheaper too:snoop:
