If this is real: As long as you enter the interview in a presentable way (clean clothes, well groomed, etc.) my advice is to NEVER conform like that for a job.

If you’re bearded, go in with that beard. If you have locks, go in with those locks. Cause if these mofos want to deny you employment because of that (once again assuming that you’re well groomed) that company is likely not a place you want to work and it’s good to cut your losses before you take them.

The only exception is if your appearance is a job hazard or if you know you couldn’t have a beard/mustache beforehand and still wanted the job anyway (military)
