Breh basically crashed out cuz his employees were racist.

He talks in the beginning about how they make racist jokes and call him "Black Jerry" make hanging jokes, say the n word, so he shoots his boss and another employee.

But during the 911 phone call they ask the other employees "Who was the employee that shot him?"

"It was Black Jerry"
"Black Jerry!?"

You know they were doing all that shyt he accused them of and he crashed out
