Just Rising and 5 are on PC, unless if you want to use emulators to play MGS1-3. If you want the HD or Legacy Collection, you're gonna have to get another PS3.

Isn't there a PS3 emulator out? If his PC is top tier, more than likely he can run that.

I don't fw the PC port. It has better graphics but the soundtrack was badly ported and it doesn't have the Psycho Mantis 4th wall sequences. I also changed the basic resolution for ePSXe and it looks pretty good.
