I been using nothing but copious cayenne and sparing salt on everything I’ve made for months
but until I grow my own cayenne peppers I’m not gonna keep paying $5 for a gram of cayenne dust powder, I go through them like once a week
i can eat beef like this but I I just made some chicken and it’s practically inedible without seasoning - we were obviously not meant to be carnivores if we can’t eat meat until it is highly processed (cooked) and seasoned
also stopped buying bagged oranges after reading that the Cuties brand uses strange waxes to preserve them. Food distribution is the downfall of food, we need more localized food. More people with gardens
and I know this America and we won’t go for this kind of policy anymore but we should require gardening on a widespread basis as an economic means of keeping food costs down

you sound addicted breh. 90% of breh would do well just cutting down/out salt and stepping their spice game up.
