Did you discover any chill spots where black people frequent? Bars, day parties, or cultural related experiences?

From what I’ve seen, lot of Black ppl were chillin out in Camden Town and Brixton. When I was in Brixton (which is the Harlem of London), it was a lot of Black ppl in Pop Brixton and Brixton Village Market. One Black cultural experience I know of over there is the Notting Hill Carnival but that occurs later in the summer, which was more than several weeks after I finished my study abroad there.

I studied with CIEE (the study abroad agency I was with, they’re HQ’d up in Maine) and I was studying International Business Management at their London location in Russell Square on the University of London campus.

There is no University of London campus as far as I know. Which individual University did you mean? Or did you really mean University of London campus?

what do you mean? last time i was in central london there was a big (easily over 20 acres) campus in bloomsbury near russell square like he said and it was referred to as university of london and some senate house. how you all go about naming your universities and their responsibilities is on you all. i can't tell you the difference between university of london, university college london and kings college london and who is under who.

Looking at the CIEE website it says students are taught at the CIEE campus which is not part of the University of London :hhh:.

The CIEE campus is just in a building close to UCL and the UOL union building and is not part of the Uni of London.

It also says that students can register at Uni of Westminster for courses (Westminster also isn't part of the Uni of London).
There is no University of London campus and it's not too much to expect someone to know where they studied :wtf:.

I'm not a #ColiWolf :wow:but seems odd.

EDIT: Anyway it is cool. I studied UG at the University of London (UCL) so I like to keep track of what is going on over there. It ain't a big deal.

UOL is a federated Uni that contains many colleges. UCL and Kings are two of them. It's sort of like the Uni of California system.
