Hey guys, there has been a lot of questions about my digestion and I didn't quite address it in the vid. Over the week, I honestly didn't have a lot of issues. I didn't have excessive gas (probably less in fact), and my shyts were surprisingly solid. Altho, I wasn't as regular as I usually am. I realize some people are more sensitive to protein and milk products, but I seem to be the lucky few that doesn't have a lot of problems with it. Glad everyone is enjoying the video!

I might try this after thanksgiving. Also have to caution against ready to drink protein drinks, very high in sodium to make them taste good. Oatmeal in the morning for breakfast and just protein shakes and water the rest of the day sounds like an easy way to stay lean.

You will be on gas tho :umad:

I’ve done this multiple times if you add in some oats and some different types of protein and carb sources you will be alright. Folks who go on liquid diets lose weight often especially if they aren’t doing a job or skill where they need maximum output.

I quit drinking whey protein. Its inferior to real chicken fish and beef
It is..

Been telling folks, lean chicken/fish and minimal carbs set you right

But protein shakes are cool for extras calories before a workout (if lifting intensely) and right after. They’re a meal replacement but not the end all be all
