I think I got an grade 2 sprain in my arm brehs

This is the first major physical injury I ever got it sucks cause I'm left handed and the sprain is in my left arm, can't move it at certain angles, can't do simple tasks, etc


Anyone here ever got an arm injury like this? Any tips for faster healing, etc. According to Google this could take two to three months to heal

My girl damn near had to drag me to the doctor after I injured my arm playing ball and had similar symptoms earlier this year. Turned out I had a minor sprain but if I hadn't gone, I could have aggravated it worse.

I think I had the same level sprain in my dikk one time after this girl went up too high and came back down wrong. It healed up fine, so OP should be good.
