Does it happen at such a later age? I'm 26. And I had a cream cheese bagel on Saturday and then pretzels with nacho cheese on Sunday and I've been mangled ever since

always was gassy, smelly farts. would have cereal in the morning or a grill chese a hour later was farting etc.
when i stopped eating dairy it stopped

i can sitll do like yogurt and the odd ice cream and be ok though
