I think my balls just switched places should I be worrysome?

I was moving around in my bed and felt a sharp pain, i think my balls switched places. i dont have health insurance so i dont wanna waste money, should i try and switch them back my sack is killing me i think the left is now the right one and vice versa. is this even possible?

it hurts so bad i can barely walk and im in the process of googling what it could be now
