I'm going to have to agree with the OP on Cali women. I was a awkward nikka with females up until like my jr year of HS. I spent the summer after 10th grade with my aunt in LA and the females in her hood really boosted my game up. I was hanging out at the park and girls I woulda been scared to holla at back home was flirting with me. That summer helped mold me.

Edit- chicago women are like that too...real approachable and just overall laid back when it comes to jumping down on them. The only thing is overall their not as attractive tho. Cali got the most attractive women by far. And I'm from Atlanta saying this
