Whenever someone scores a touchdown the put a stage/platform in the middle of the field then the person can do whatever he wants for 30 secs

If he want to strip down naked go for it
If he wants to dance naked go for it
If he wants to get naked and have secks with a naked goat then GO FOR IT

I disagree about the stage. That's too much pomposity, but players have the right to celebrate for 30 secs however they please, so long as said celebration isn't vulgar.
