Blame the republican Senate Majority Leader dikk head in charge Mitch McConnell. All he has to do is bring up the bipartisan bill that funds the government without money for the wall that BOTH CHAMBERS HAVE ALREADY PASSED. But he won't do it because it would embarrass Trump.
