Could be. I wouldn't even give him the opportunity. Waaaay too many variables. He couldve got the strap. He couldve intentionally ran over him, he could've even accidentally ran him over trying to get the hell out of there and not get slapped again.
Hardest ass whooping I ever saw I was like 10/11. I was kicking it with a friend who was maybe 2 years younger than me. This other kid about 13/14 threw a ball and hit my boy in the back, he didn't even see it coming (obviously) he was crying and he stood up and ran his ass home.
A couple minutes later my boys older brother who in the same age range as the other kid comes walking up. Everyone is just watching walk over from like 60 yards away. He doesn't even say anything just walks up to the kid and socks him, one hitter quitter "Don't ever hit my little brother again, I'll kill you!". The kid turned over to his knees starts to get up, my boys brother pushed him back down "Where you going!" "
