I thought Pandora was not going to feature R Kelly's music in their curated Playlists?

I currently have Spotify because I get it with my service with At&t. But I download Pandora on my phone yesterday because there is music that Pandora has that Spotify doesn't. Anyway I've been listening to some of the R&b stations on Pandora and there are quite a bit R Kelly song's on these stations, but I thought Pandora was one of the streaming app's that said they where going to stop featuring R Kelly's music in their curated playlists.
